Under Missouri law, an outfitter is not liable
for an injury to or the death of a participant in paddle sport activities resulting from the inherent risks of paddle sport
activities pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
All
renters and campers must sign a liability release upon check in. You must agree to release Lost Cabins Resort, llc and Gerald
and Sandy Smith and employees from liability for injury to you, your property or pets. You are responsible for all guests
visiting you at the campground/resort and must make them aware of the liability release. Your guest must agree to the
liability release in order to be at the resort. You must be aware of the risk and dangers that you might encounter while camping,
participating in water sports, hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. You must agree to accept responsibility for rented
watercraft and float gear and that any replacement cost or repair fees will be billed to you. If you choose to consume
alcohol you must be able to control your actions and behave in a responsible manner. You will be asked to leave if your behavior
is not acceptable for a family atmosphere.
No smoking in
cabins or tipis. A smoking fee will be applied for tampering
with smoke detectors.
Do not drop cigarettes on the ground.
Throw cigarettes away in trash cans.
Fires must be kept in provided fire-rings. We do not allow fireworks at the campground.
Quiet time is from 11pm to 6am. No loud booming music at anytime.
One parking space is available for each cabin unit. All other vehicles including
tipi campers must park in visitor parking.
An excessive
clean up fee will be applied if cabins, tipis or camping area needs excessive cleaning.
Pets must be on a leash at all times while at the resort. You must control your pet and
clean up after them.
You agree to take reasonable care while
camping, staying in cabins and floating.
We reserve the
right to ask guests and campers to leave because of disruptive behavior.
